Summary
The Rocket Missile is the first Missile unlocked when the Missile Launcher/Multi Missile Launcher is built. The Rocket Missile has no special abilities and is comparable to the Mineral Mining Laser in damage. Like other Missiles, the Rocket Missile bypasses shields and can be dodged by ships that have an Engine equipped. The Rocket Missile can be upgraded by researching Rocket in the Laboratory.
Usage
Missile Combos
Rocket Spam [DPS][Early Game]

The Rocket Spam combo is one of the earliest combos players can use. Its low cost and research requirement makes it friendly for lower level players. This combo should also be paired with other weapons as the Rocket Missiles alone cannot provide good DPS.
Jungle Bait [DPS][Early Game]

The Jungle Bait combo is a pretty rare combo to see in combat. Nonetheless, this is how the combo works. First, the Rocket Missile will trigger the enemy repair crew to walk to the damaged room. The Jungle Missile will then damage/kill the crew once they arrive at the room to repair it.
When To Use
The Rocket Missile is pretty much only used in the early game for extra DPS. Missiles obtained later like the Scarlet Missile and Javelin Missile (Only When Maxed) simply outperform the Rocket Missile in damage and viability.
AI
The AI equip command for the Rocket Missile is pretty simple. Remember to put the below AI equip command in the Missile Launcher/Multi Missile Launcher to automatically equip the Rocket Missile during combat.
