Summary

Previously, the Radar (Room) was only able to detect and track the enemy's power usage. As of 5/21/18 the Radar now has a new ability, this ability is to shorten cloak times when your enemy has a Cloak. The old one power ability is gone, as well its base of 300 armor.

Strategy

Attacking

The Radar is essentially useless at level 9 because the cloak cannot even be unlocked yet, it's still nice to prebuild. Once you start facing enemies with the cloak, the Radar can nullify it in a couple of seconds. Even a level one Radar can effectively cut a max Cloak's time in third instantly.

Defending

Obviously, any advanced Cloak user will try to destroy your cloak before they use their cloak. Now with the Radar's 0 base armor, this room will be a high priority Armor and crew room. Make sure to also have this AI snippet so you save power without cancelling your AI.
